SALES TAX
By law the Federal Government requires Red Rooster to collect sales tax for items shipped to Missouri residents.
Missouri state and Scotland County taxes will be collected at a rate of 5.475% of the total purchase

Red Rooster uses Priority Flat Rate Boxes through USPS. We have found this to be the most reliable & efficient way to ship our products. Due to the handmade nature of our inventory, shipping times will vary. Orders shipped outside of the continental US will require additional shipping fees. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

RETURNS

with your purchase, we will happily refund the purchase price of the item. All returns must be postmarked no
later than 90 days from the date of purchase and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
